The administrative zone is to accommodate housing for 1500 persons. The buildings are be ground +2 & occasionally +3 distributed in 4 sectors with the spirit of being in a public park or garden with the necessary infrastructure support viz: waste water treatment plant and services that would also cater to the administrative buildings. |

The buildings will be internally served through a lively street with buildings on either side and spilling onto public open spaces. Smaller gardens of an intimate scale occur between buildings and along with the parks on the two sides, it will cater to the green space requirement for the entire area. |
