The project was conceived with the intention of providing affordable housing for young adults who could live together under a single roof wherein they would have one private bedroom to themselves and share the other common spaces viz: living, kitchen, dining, bathrooms, laundry etc.
This 6-bedroom building has the common spaces in the centre on two levels, the living below and kitchen dining on the upper mezzanine level.
