Architect : Pino Marchese & Sheril Castelino G+4 residential apartment building with basement parking having a total of 24 apartments, six apartments of 2BHK on each floor of approx 100-120sqm each. The apartments have an open plan as much as possible with minimal corridors. Ample fenestrations for light and ventilation have been provided throughout the building. |
