This extension was to an existing complex with an already strong architectural statement. The concept was to merge the new building in the style of the existing. Exposed brickwork with lime mortar joints, china mosaic cladded domes were the elements adopted. The new phase has sea facing guest rooms on two levels with verandahs and terraces connecting them. A cut-out in the first floor slab visually connects the garden on the ground floor to the top.
