The caf? also provides great sweeping views over the entire park.

General Sylhet residents (non-visitors to the park) can also avail from the drive-in counter facility.

The food corner to be of a ‘snack bar’ nature and not ‘restaurant’ type as similar facility presently available at the existing Parjatan Motel. In addition to the inner sheltered seating, an open air sit-out for the food corner is organised around the lakeside providing views to the lake.

Combined with the above is the video games parlour for leisure and amusement. Multiple coin or token operated machines have been accommodated in one wing of the building. Toilets are also integrated as part of the services of this building.

Health club (947 sqm). The existing gentle mound on the site is proposed to be landscaped into a well-manicured ornamental garden and the surrounding area for picnic.
